Entrepreneurship Training Package for Sierra Leone
The unit standard and curriculum module “Entrepreneurship” are part of the training package developed by the National Council for Technical, Vocational and Other Academic Awards (NCTVA) in partnership with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the government of Japan. The training package received national accreditation and is the first proper competency-based automotive curriculum for Sierra Leone.
The curriculum highlights the entrepreneurial competencies a worker should demonstrate in the automotive industry. It focuses on themes in starting a business and improving existing ones.
