Entrepreneurship Training Material Package for Sierra Leone
The training material package “Entrepreneurship” complements the technical automotive curriculum by introducing business development skills within the accredited competency-based framework designed by NCTVA in partnership with UNIDO and the Government of Japan. It supports learners in developing business planning, financial literacy and enterprise management capabilities to strengthen employability and self-reliance in the automotive sector.
This unit highlights the entrepreneurial competencies a worker should demonstrate in the automotive industry. It focuses on themes in starting a business and improving existing ones.
