THE TOOLBOX

The toolbox is s technical assistance package aimed at bolstering the capacity of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions, enhancing their resilience, and facilitating a just and green transition.

The toolbox comprises free resources to empower TVET managers and planners by enhancing organizational resilience, financial sustainability, and market system analysis. It also provides resources to instill an entrepreneurial and green mindset among TVET staff and students, preparing them for the green and just transition through demand-oriented curricula and training approaches.

The toolbox is curated for TVET institutions, managers, and system level planners, and includes a distinct module specifically designed for teachers and trainers.

The toolbox was piloted at Selam Technical and Vocational College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia during the first quarter of 2023.
