Using Market System Development (MSD) to build a more Resilient Skills System
This quick guide is an accompaniment to the Market Systems Development awareness training for greener and more resilient TVET systems undertaken for UNIDO and UNEVOC in early 2023. It should serve as a reference guide for those within the skills development system to understand their role, the challenges they face, and perhaps to understand some strategies to address these different challenges.
The guide is intended to be used by those within the skills development system – public and private TVETs and various government actors.
