STEP 6: Develop Communication Strategy & Branding Guide

This is step 6 in a step-by-step toolkit that explains the initial steps of implementing Public Private Development Partnership projects that focus on technical vocational skills training. The steps in this 8 part toolkit are likely to take place within the first 12 months of project implementation.

At the beginning of project implementation, it is useful to develop a communications strategy and branding guide. The communications strategy will list the stakeholders, target audience, communications means and methods as well as the communication deliverables including major events of the project. The branding guide will cover all issues on the branding and marketing of the project including the use of logos.
