STEP 5: Select Students for Training
This is step 5 in a step-by-step toolkit that explains the initial steps of implementing Public Private Development Partnership projects that focus on technical vocational skills training. The steps in this 8 part toolkit are likely to take place within the first 12 months of project implementation.
Every training center will specify what kind of students they are targeting with the training they offer. Selection criteria have to be defined together with all PPDP stakeholder. Their aim is to guarantee that the student selection takes place in a transparent manner.
