UNIDO's Key Ingredients for a Successful PPDPxMSD Analysis and Design Phase
UNIDO conducted a survey with project partners to identify “what worked well, what did not work so well, and why” in the design of a pilot Public-Private Development Partnership project using the Market Systems Development Approach (PPDP x MSD) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. At the end of the design phase, UNIDO organized two learning sessions to reflect on what had been learned. Below is a summary of the collective learning on how to ensure a successful analysis and design phase of a PPDPxMSD project.
