How to Achieve Financial Sustainability in Vocational Training PPDPs
The main goal of this How-To Guide is to support the development of financially self-sustaining Vocational Training Centers (VTCs). Several VTCs are run as PPDPs under the LKDF umbrella and it is a standard procedure for projects’ to consider the sustainability of their operations, including the development of a business plan.
Not all interventions in the educational sector take a clear aim at financial sustainability and as a result, the potential impact after the end of the funding cycle is not fully reached. This Guide would like to support practitioners in developing clear business plans as a pathway to financial sustainability.
