Heavy Duty Equipment and Commercial Vehicles Academy (HDECoVA): Lessons Learned from a Public-Private Development Partnership
There are important lessons to be learned from the HDECoVA project, the main lesson being that the public private development partnership (PPDP) approach to vocational training is an effective way of producing desired results with benefits to all partners. The project has managed to successfully integrate the inputs from the four partners in a complementary manner, while the GoE has contributed at the policy level. The partnership has created a synergy; the combined results of the group of partners working together were greater than the results achieved by each working separately. Each partner has brought their competitive advantage to the project.
These and other lessons learned from HDECoVA are analyzed in detail and presented in the document Heavy Duty Equipment and Commercial Vehicles Academy (HDECoVA): Lessons Learned from a Public-Private Development Partnership.
